Design and construction in the same house
What we do differently
We build to our own drawings. Half the disputes on a building site start there: the design office drew, the contractor built, and when a dimension does not work each sends the other back to their responsibility. Here there is nobody to send it back to. We correct it, and the cost of the correction stays with us.
We price item by item before opening the site. A Nouboudem quotation carries quantities and unit prices, not a single lump sum: you compare every line with another contractor, and you see immediately what a competitor forgot to count.
We coordinate the trades ourselves. Masonry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, roofing and waterproofing all answer to one site manager. That is what avoids the weeks lost waiting for one trade to clear the way for the next, and it is exactly what costs you most when nobody does it.
